We were referred to Jennie by another client of ours.  The Xero for Jetset Pets was initially setup by her ex-accountant.  This was never completed correctly and didn’t represent real information at all.  We:

• corrected the Xero setup
• deleted, corrected or created bank accounts and bank feeds
• gave Jennie some training, which has allowed her to mostly manage Xero herself
• manage the debtors
• manage the payroll and PAYE returns
• reconcile Xero and file GST returns
• offer phone and email support as required
